Here, the two translations by Andrews 2003: 26 and Quirke/Andrews 1988: 17 f. are different.
The latter has: "and he has ordered regarding the priests that they should pay no more for the tax for admission to the priesthood than what was appointed up to the first year of his father's reign; and he has relieved the members of the priestly orders from the yearly sailing to Alexandria;" - this translation is closer to the Greek text than the one given in Andrews 2003.
Andrews (2003: 26) confused something in his translation: he changed the syntax and added "of his own reign", which is not written in Greek. So, we have to correct it, e.g.: "(...) until the first year throughout his father's reign".
