دانایان رُموزِ آگاهی و دَقیقه‌یابان حِکمَت‌هایِ اِلهی واضِح اَست
که دَر هَر عَهد و اَوان که اوضاعِ جَهان مُختَلِف و پَریشان و بَر چَرخِ سِتَمگَر به کامِ سِتَم‌کیشان گَردَد خُداوَندِ یِگانه که مُدَبِرِ این کارخانه و مُقَلِبِ اوضاعِ زَمانه اَست
اَز فِیضِ بی‌مُنتَهایِ خود سَعادَتمندی را مُوَیَد و دَر عَرصه‌یِ گیتی مَبسوطُ‌‌الیَد کُنَد که به مَراهمِ مَراحِم وَ رَأفَت به اِلتیامِ جِراحاتِ قُلوبِ سِتَم‌دیدِگان پَردازَد و مَذاقِ تَمَنایِ تَلخ‌کامان زَهرِ حَوادِث را به شَهدِ عِدالَت شیرین سازَد
Ceux qui possèdent le savoir et sont doués de la sagesse , conoissent que quand le temps sont remplis de troubles et de confusions , quand la fortune favorise les désirs de l ' injuste , le suprême Modérateur de l ' universe , l ' Arbitre de toutes choses fait paroître parmi les hommes un élu qu ' il remplit de l ' effusion de son éternelle merci ; qu ' il étend son bras sur le monde , pour adoucir par le baume de sa clémence les blessures du coeur de de l ' opprimé ; qu ' il laisse goûter au méchant le poison de ses funêstes succès , mais qu ' il récompense la justice par les douceurs de sa bonté .
It is evident to the discerning and intelligent part of mankind , that , whenever the affairs of the world are thrown into confusion , and fortune favours the desires of the unjust , the great Disposer of events , in the effusion of his endless mercy , selects some fortunate hero , whom he supports with his eternal favour ; and whom he commands to heal with the balm of benevolence the wounds of the afflicted , and to sweeten the bitter draught of their misfortunes with the honey of justice .
